Grace Bible Church hosted Christian rock band “Chasen” at a concert on Friday, Feb. 25. This was the third concert the church has held in its new building, and was sponsored by its youth ministry.
Youth pastor Conrad Hake said there were 231 tickets sold.
“All together we thought it was a good turn out; I think everyone had a good time,” Hake said. “We’ve worked with several bands before, and this was a good band to work with. We really enjoyed their ministry.”
Grace Bible Church saw the “Chasen” concert as a chance to bring a positive message to the youth and celebrate Christian music.
“Music is a way to reach someone’s heart without going through their head,” Hake said.
