All they want for Christmas is what they need.

Grace Bible Church, 601 Blue Ridge Road, is organizing a couple ways this season for people to donate much-needed items to local children.

  • New shoes are being collected for children of the Quest School. To donate, e-mail office@gracebiblecolumbia.org.
  • A winter coat drive started Dec. 12. The coats will help children at one or more local organizations. Leave new or gently used winter coats at a designated area in the church lobby.
  • If you’re unsure of how you can help and would like to send a check, make it payable to Grace Bible Church with “Christmas benevolence” in the memo line.
  • Canned goods are still being collected for the church’s Mobile Home Outreach. People are encouraged to bring a few items per month throughout the ministry, which begins in January.
