In January 2011, fitness instructor Liz Baiocchi-Wagner began holding free Zumba classes for the men and women served by Woodhaven at its office building on Hathman Place. Woodhaven is a community-based organization that offers supported living arrangements for people with developmental disabilities, as well as a day program. Amy Delaney, my roommate, helps teach the class on occasion. Listen to the audio story here.
