‘Blind’ Boone to reveal sculpture of namesake

In honor of pianist J.W. “Blind” Boone, the Heritage Foundation of the same name is unveiling a new sculpture by Harry Weber for the Blind Boone Community Activity Center’s tribute garden, 301 N. Providence Road.

The ceremony will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 11, at the Reynolds Alumni Center, MU. Tickets are $25 for refreshments.
