Entries are now being accepted for the Sioux City Art Center 62nd Juried Art Exhibition.

The exhibition showcases the talents of artists across the northern Midwest. Artists can submit up to 3 entries. About 80 to 100 pieces will be chosen, said Todd Behrens, curator of the center. Cash prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners.

The exhibition is set for July 16, 2011, but entries must be submitted by November 30 of this year.

Entrants must be 18 years or older. More detailed requirements, entry guidelines and entry forms can be found at the art center’s event page.

This event is free and open to the public.
