Residents of the Vanderveen Crossing area are invited to voice their questions and concerns at October’s Homeowners Association monthly meeting.

The event will take place at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 5, in the gymnasium at Derby Ridge Elementary  School, 4000 Derby Ridge Drive.

The meeting that took place at the school on Tuesday, Sept. 7, was closed to the public, but interested homeowners are urged to attend next month’s meeting, said David Wilson, Vanderveen Crossing president.

Wilson said he is excited to host the open discussion.

“Residents come with complaints, questions and sometimes compliments,” Wilson said.

Wilson is serving his third one-year term as president.

“We do have a very active homeowners association,” Wilson said. “And I’m just doing my civil duty.”
